Cambridge, Ma - Thomas Nicol was named to the Empire 8's All-Conference Second Team in Singles as well as the conference's 2026 Men's Tennis Tommorow's Leaders Team. He is the first member of the Men's Tennis program to receive a postseason award.

The senior was a standout of this spring's Lynx Tennis team and helped lead the team to a 2-9 record, their second-best finish since the 2017-2018 season, as well as going 1-4 in conference play, their best record since 2016-2017.

In his final season, Nicol finished with a 2-7 record in singles play and went 4-5 in doubles matchups. Three of his doubles wins came when he was paired up with junior Jeremy Oulette.

Nicol went 5-16 in singles play during his collegiate career and 6-15 in doubles. At the 2026 LES-ley Awards, Nicol was the recipient of the Men's Tennis MVP Award.
