CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Lesley University Men's and Women's Cross Country Head Coach, Aidan Konhaus announced its schedule for the 2025 season Thursday afternoon.
The Lynx kick off the 2025 campaign at the Mayflower Kickoff hosted by New England College on Friday, August 29 in Henniker, N.H. Later in the month of September, the squad has two meets. First, Lesley heads to Wenham, Mass. for the Pop Crowell Invitational on Saturday, September 13. On the following Saturday (October 20), the Lynx heads to Dartmouth, Mass. for the 52nd Annual UMD Cross Country Invitational.
In October, Lesley will have two more meets to finish the regular season. It's first meet of the month will be on Friday, October 10 at the Hopkinton XC Festival-New England College Open. Later, the Lynx conclude the 2025 season in Springfield, Mass. at the WNEU Golden Bear Invitational on Saturday, October 18.
After a couple weeks of necessary time off, Lesley will compete in postseason action at the North Atlantic Conference Championship in Bangor, Maine on Saturday, November 1. Two weeks later, the squad will send a select few runners to the NCAA Division III New England Championships - East Regionals on Saturday, November 15. Last season, the Lynx saw Hannah Nangle (Lowell, Mass.) compete in the Division III Regionals and post an 87th place finish (24:56.3) in a field of 224. She was the first Lesley runner to compete in the event since 2017.
