CAMBRIDGE, MA -- Lesley University sprinter Kat Vicino ran a time of 26.18 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the NCAA Division III New England Regionals at MIT, qualifying for the ECAC Championships in the process. 

The sophomore finished 12th out of 28 runners Saturday, her fastest time ever and also a school record. 

The record finish will send her to Troy, NY for next Saturday's Eastern College Athletics Conference (ECAC) held at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
